"My card actually helps me save"
I didn’t think the points would add up much but—actually, they really do. I use my card every week, and those points end up saving me a decent amount of money.

"They usually have my usual stuff"
I shop at Stop and Shop often, it’s just nice that they almost always have the things I’m looking for. Like the same brands I grab every week are usually right there, which sounds simple, but it really does make the whole grocery trip less of a hassle. I don’t have to wander around annoyed or make a second stop somewhere else, and that’s kind of all I want when I’m just trying to get in and out.

Just a heads up for anyone using the digital coupons: they usually load fine and come off at checkout like they’re supposed to. I’ve only had one not apply once, so overall they’ve been reliable for me. Still, I’d definitely recommend checking before you leave the store so you don’t miss a discount

"Annoyingly, it’s reliable"
I’ve used Stop & Shop delivery quite a few times now, and I have to admit it usually shows up when it’s supposed to. One order was a little late, but the driver actually kept me updated, so I couldn’t even really be annoyed about it. It’s not perfect, but for getting weekly groceries delivered, it’s been decent overall

"Pretty easy app to use"
I use the Stop & Shop app most weeks or so, and it’s easy. The coupons usually load fast, search works well enough, and doing pickup checkout is simple. I also like being able to toss things in my cart real quick whenever I remember I need something.

"Easy enough, but I’m not always sure it’s accurate"
I use stopandshop.com most weeks for groceries, and for the most part it’s simple to use. The search is decent, and I like being able to pull from past orders because it saves time. My only issue is that sometimes the pages are slow, or something looks available and then turns out to be out of stock later, which makes me question how reliable the site is. Overall, it gets the job done, but I do double-check things before checking out.

I ordered from Stop & Shop and ended up needing a refund for an item that was missing. To be fair, the money did eventually go back on my card, but it took a few days and I had to check on it twice, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst experience, but I do wish the refund process had been quicker...

"Really clean and easy to shop"
I stopped in yesterday and noticed right away how clean the store was. The floors looked great, the carts were tidy, and the shelves were easy to browse. It made the whole trip feel quick and stress-free, and I left feeling like it was a really pleasant shopping experience.

I used stopandshop.com for grocery pickup this week, it was seamless. Adding items was straightforward, picking a time was easy, and I liked being able to tweak my order before the cutoff without any hassle.
When I got there, I checked in and only waited a few minutes before everything was brought out. The bags were packed well, nothing was missing, and it just made the whole grocery run feel way less annoying

"Substitutions actually made sense"
Well... I’ve placed a few orders now where some items were out of stock, and the substitutions have been spot on. It’s usually the same size or close enough, the same flavor, and not some random pricey replacement. One time they just skipped an item because there really wasn’t a good match, which I appreciated. It makes grocery pickup a lot less frustrating

Stop & Shop is fine when I just need to grab a few things, but the prices are, I don’t know, kind of hit or miss. Some of the weekly deals are actually good, especially if you use the card, but then the regular prices on other stuff feel higher than what I’d pay at stores nearby. Delivery is super convenient when I don’t feel like going out, but then the fees and tip — it adds up fast. Overall, it’s okay. Not terrible, not my favorite

I mostly use stopandshop.com for the bakery items, and to be fair, they usually get that part right. The rolls are fresh, the muffins are really good, and I’ve never had a cake show up dry. Pickup is easy too, which I appreciate, even if it’s a little annoying that the bakery is basically the only thing I trust enough to order regularly...

I placed a grocery order on Stop and Shop, the checkout was smooth. My cart updated like it was supposed to, the coupons showed up without any weird issues, and I was able to choose my pickup time, without the site freezing or making me redo anything.
Payment went through right away, and the confirmation came in fast, too. Nothing over the top, just simple, easy, and it worked like it should, which was exactly what I needed

I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to put much effort into dinner, but the steaks were fresh and the shrimp tasted really good. Definitely made the meal easy and worth it

I’ve been ordering from Stop & Shop mostly for fruits and veggies, and the quality has been really good lately. The apples have been crisp, the lettuce hasn’t been all wilted, and the berries actually last a few days instead of going bad right away.
Every now and then I’ll get a tomato that’s a little too soft, which feels preventable, but overall I’m happy with it. It saves me a trip to the store too, so I’ll take it.

Everything was packed neatly, and nothing was squished or leaking this time, which I really appreciated. if it goes back to being messy again, I might start shopping somewhere else, but this order was done really well
